The Systems Rule

This rule allows us to zoom in and zoom out on ideas and things. The two elements of this rule are the whole and the part.

To zoom in, consider all the parts, especially those that might be missing. Each part can be a whole.

To zoom out, ask yourself if the whole is a part of some other whole. Each whole can be a part.
